Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Anglevo collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains personal data when you visit our public pages, join the waitlist, create an account, or use the Services. It is written for our current product: source-to-carousel analysis, editing, export, connected social publishing, and future paid plans.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account and profile information such as name, email address, authentication provider ID, avatar, and login events; content you provide such as prompts, public source URLs, transcripts, uploaded materials, brand settings, and generated drafts; connected-account metadata and authorization tokens; waitlist information; payment, subscription, invoice, and refund records when paid plans are live; and technical logs such as device, browser, IP-derived security signals, request timestamps, and feature-use events.

3. Why we use data

We use data to authenticate you, process sources and generate content, save projects, provide export and publishing features, enforce plan limits, process billing, prevent abuse, answer support requests, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data or use your private source text or generated content to train general-purpose AI models.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We use carefully selected providers to operate Anglevo, including authentication, database, storage, hosting, AI model, payment, email, analytics, and social-platform integration providers. We share only the data needed for each provider to perform its service. For example, a connected social platform receives content only when you ask us to publish it. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

5. Retention

We retain account data while your account is active. Project sources and generated records are retained while needed to provide your workspace, unless you delete them. Account-deletion requests revoke access promptly and are scheduled for deletion within 30 days, subject to limited legal, security, backup, or payment-record retention. Payment records are retained for the period required by law and our payment provider. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain necessary records.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of your personal data, withdraw permissions for connected accounts, and object to certain processing. You can disconnect a social account in the product. To request account or data action, email anglevo@outlook.com from the email associated with your account.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use necessary cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and service operation. We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregated product usage. We do not send private source body text, generated full text, or private URL query parameters to analytics tools.

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process data in countries other than yours; where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

9. Contact and updates

Questions, requests, or complaints can be sent to anglevo@outlook.com. We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes and will post the revised date above.
